IDS DESIGN FEST 2020
The IDS Design Fest 2020 was held on 5th – 6th of February 2020 and it was the first of the many Design Fests of IDS. The event witnessed the participation of around 11 institutions from in and around Mangalore with a footfall of more than 300 students. These students were from both design and non-design institutions, all come together to exhibit their talents and skills. The theme of the event was ‘Aviation’, with the entire campus decorated like an airport and with each event named along this theme. Renowned architects, Ar. Venkatesh Pai and Ar. Seejo Purushotthaman, were the guests of honours and had interactive sessions with the students on different occasions. The winners and overall champions of these events were awarded in the IDWA event which was held the next day.
