The library houses reference books ranging from building materials, human dimensions, interior fixtures, building components details to typography and other related fields.

A display unit has also been set up in the library for the exhibition the most creative and innovative student works.

The campus of IDS also houses the material library consisting of material samples which help the students to familiarize themselves with materials used in the live projects.

The material library also consists of product catalogues of laminates, veneers, wallpapers, light and bathroom fittings etc. which the students can refer for the purpose of their own projects.

The material library is updated every month to ensure that our students are provided with the latest information.

A sophisticated computer lab fully equipped with high specification computers and printers with the latest software is provided for students’ use in the campus of IDS.

Computer Aided Design or CAD classes are conducted to teach the students the software which are essential to the execution and presentation of their projects.

These skills further encourage the students and enhance job prospects which employers are usually are on the lookout for.

All classrooms at IDS are Air-conditioned and has smart class facilities incorporated.

Classroom furniture's are well designed for easy and comfortable use.

Classrooms at IDS have both bench desks as well as drafting tables and stools for comfortable working inside class. There are locker facilities provided for each student inside the classroom to keep their belongings safe.

All areas, from common spaces to individual classrooms, are monitored using CCTV cameras for ensuring better safety and security of our students and staffs alike.

Only the washroom facilities are not monitored by CCTV, keeping privacy concerns in mind.

Such a system enables us to keep a close watch on our students so that they do not skip classes or visited by any unidentified individual.
